EVENTS
European Conferences and Round Tables
The Cofresco Forum - and formerly the Cofresco Institute - hosts regular events for scientists, experts and journalists interested in development and innovation topics relating to the food life cycle and especially the packaging of food. Special emphasis is always put on the three main fields of the Cofresco Forum: health and safety, freshness and flavour and respect for the environment.
Over the past few years, a number of events have been held throughout Europe. They are part of the Cofresco Forum's mission to strengthen a pan-European network of scientists.
